Shipping policy

Every Skeeper SM-300 ships from our fulfillment center in Lenexa, Kansas.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally yet. We do not ship to PO boxes or to freight forwarders.

Free shipping

Ground shipping is free on every order over $70. The Skeeper SM-300 is $499, so it ships free.

Processing time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central on a business day are usually packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday start processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Once your order leaves the warehouse, FedEx Ground delivery typically takes:

  • 1 to 2 business days in Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska and Oklahoma
  • 2 to 3 business days across most of the central United States
  • 3 to 5 business days on the East and West coasts, and to Alaska and Hawaii

These are FedEx's typical transit times, not guarantees. Weather, holidays and carrier delays can add a day or two, and none of that is within our control.

Tracking

You get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If it has been more than 3 business days since you ordered and you have not received that email, check your spam folder first, then email us.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will reship it once you confirm the correct address, and you will be responsible for the reshipping cost.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your tracking says delivered and the package is not there, wait 24 hours, then check with your neighbors and your building. Carriers sometimes mark a package delivered a little early. If it still has not turned up, email us and we will open a claim with the carrier and take care of you.

If the box arrives damaged, take a photo before you open it if you can, and email us. A device damaged in transit is replaced at our cost, and you do not pay return shipping.
